Charming and rustic cottage that was converted from an old piggery to provide cosy rural accommodation with views across some lush, cornish countryside.

This gorgeous property provides a tranquil, central base to explore Cornwall. Based along a tiny country lane, walk through the door of Pennti and into a cosy world of wood burners, country sounds and a sense of getting away from the world.

The main living area consists of an open plan kitchen, dining area and living room which is enhanced by countryside views from every window. A conservatory provides an even greater panoramic of North Cornwall and that leads through to a double bedroom where you lie in bed and gaze through large double windows at the world outside.

Whilst this is primarily a property for 2 people, there is a fun bed deck that can sleep another 2. It's located above the main living area and accessible via a fantastic, but very steep (handmade) staircase. The owners are keen for us to point out that it's not safe for younger children and we therefore ask that anyone using the bed deck be adults or older children.

Finally, the property provides a bathroom with shower and WC but be warned - this is not power shower territory. The water is provided from their own source and whilst it's perfectly reasonable and hot, it has its limitations.

Park alongside the property and and feel a sense of real privacy and detachment from the rest of the world. It's a fantastic place to chill or return home after a long day of fun and frolics. The open plan kitchen and dining area makes it a cosy space to cook, chat, chill and relax in front of the wood burner. It's also a first summer of availability so the owners have priced it competitively to encourage as much use as possible. We think it provides fantastic value.
