Little Barton is a little gem. Located with the main old building but providing guests with an independent, charming cottage for up to 4 people.
The property is accessed via our charming front garden - you can access via the ancient lych gate which used to link the house with our neighbouring 11th century church - and then through french doors. Inside you will find a well appointed cottage with lounge, kitchen (including original granite floors), two bedrooms and a bathroom. Wake up in the morning to the sounds of Colan and glance across to a garden full of wildlife.
Little Barton can also be re-integrated with the Main House to provide accommodation for up to 15 people. It's particularly useful with large family bookins as it provides a combination of independence and integration.
