The Properties
Colan Barton (Sleeps 11-12)
350 year old property full of charm and character. Roaring fires, huge farmhouse kitchen and original granite floors, this house is much loved by many returning guests and provides bags of space with 5 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms, Heated Swimming Pool, Summer House, Gardens, Orchards, Ponds + 10 acres of private gardens, meadows and streams. It's a unique and unforgettable place to stay.
Miranda Cottage – (Sleeps 6)
This gorgeous 3 bed cottage is located in small, pretty village on the Lizard Peninsula. A spacious and modern property is located down a quiet country lane and is fitted to a high specification with wi-fi. The private garden looks out across rolling countryside and it’s a perfect base to explore this very pretty and very Cornish peninsula, close to the Helford River and the West of Cornwall. This summer (2012) will be the first time it’s available for let so everything in great condition.
The Glebe Barn (Sleeps 2-4)
The Glebe Barn is a charming conversion tucked in alongside the 11th century Colan Church. Recently renovated, the owners have created a cute and stylish space that provides a tranquil base for exploring Cornwall or just chilling. With a double bed it's primarily for couples however a futon is provided to create an option for up to 4 people.
Little Barton (Sleeps 4)
Little Barton is a 2 bedroom cottage tucked into the end of the Colan Barton building. It provides cosy accommodation with lounge, kitchen, 2 bedrooms, bathroom and french doors out to the main front garden. Approached through a charming old lychgate, as part of the original building it is easily re-integrated to accommodate larger groups.
Pennti (Sleeps 2-6)
This cute and cosy holiday cottage was renovated from our clients old piggeries and whilst the pigs have shipped out, the lush Cornish countryside remains an extremely close and attractive neighbour. Located along a tranquil country lane and with complete privacy and views across rolling countryside, this quaint property provides some charming, rustic accommodation. There is a living area/kitchen with wood burner, a double bedroom with views across open fields, shower/WC and 2 single beds on a bed deck and via a fabulous and very original staircase. Lovely owners, charming location and great value.
Studio Cottage (Gwel an Lagen & Bos Lowen) - Sleep 2 each
These cute and cosy studio cottages provide accommodation for 2 people + they will accept doggies. Though small, each unit has been skillfully designed to provide all mod cons and a private patio enables you enjoy a fabulously rural vista of cornish flora, fauna and morning bunny rabbits.

Nethertack (Sleeps 6)
OK, so this isn’t strictly in Cornwall but it’s another of our family properties so we thought we’d add it to your options. This impressive 3 bedroom detached house is located on a gorgeous riverside position in Dumfries & Galloway, at the meeting of 3 Scottish glens and a popular rural village of Moniaive. The property itself has bags of room but the gardens roll down to a very pretty stream/river with decking provided for perfect alfresco nights looking out across the glens and surrounding hills. When you’re standing in this riverside garden and breathing in magnificent Scottish air, you know you're somewhere special.
