Q: Can we hire all properties together?
A: Yes. Colan Barton and The Glebe are the easiest to combine as they're neighbouring proprties but Tregoose House is only 1 mile away so for extended groups we can accommodate up to 38 people.
Q: When are the changeover dates?
A: Changeover dates for Colan Barton and The Glebe are Friday, whilst the others are Saturday.
Q: Do you allow pets?
A: Only by prior arrangement in two studio cottages (Gwel an Lagen & Bos Lowen) at a cost of £25 per pooch.
Q: Do you provide linen & towels?
A: All properties provide linen & towels though we recommend bringing down extra for the beach and pool.
Q: Can you provide a floor plan?
A: We're designing a new website which will integrate floor plans. In the meantime, please call for further information.
Q: Can you arrange car hire or taxi collections?
A: All of these properties are very rural and need transport. That said, book in a tesco delivery, get a taxi from the airport or railway station and you won't need anything else to have a great time.
Q: Do you provide any other services?
A: We provide some catering options - awesome hog roasts & catered BBQ's. We normally need a couple of weeks notice.
Q: Any specialist holidays?
A: All these properties are ideal for walkers, cyclists, golfers. We can provide short stay golf packages including discounted green fees. Great value out of season.
Q: Any discounts available?
A: All the properties are very popular during peak season but we like to keep them busy during the winter so always open to discuss price. We also offer discounts with combined bookings - i.e. more than one property.
Q: Any recommendations for what to do when we arrive?
A: Main recommendation is to relax or have a look at our Local Attractions & Events section.
Q: When do we have to pay?
A: All bookings require 30% as a non-refundable deposit - we will hold dates for up to 5 days to enable transfer of the deposit booking. The full balance is required within 3 months of arrival.
Q: Anything else to pay?
A: Only a damages deposit to be paid within 14 days of arrival.
