Colan Barton is a fabulous old property (350 years old in fact) nestled back from meandering North Cornish lanes and yet, only 3 miles from the crashing waves of the Atlantic Ocean. Retaining many original features including smooth, granite floors, it's a unique and special building.
This property is special - not our view, the view of many families and groups of friends who have stayed with us since 2009 and also one or two holiday rental award committees. Owned by our family for 20 years, we want all guests to leave Colan Barton feeling the same way as we do about the place.
Pull off the main road, meander down the lane, pull off into our driveway and a magnificent slice of Cornish tranquility. Once inside Colan Barton you will not know the rest of the world exists. With bags of space, quirky features and 10 acres of land (including a heated swimming pool) it's an ideal location for large group bookings - particularly as we can combine it with other properties on site.
